SPENCER BIAH, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Spencer Biah, a highly decorated retired United States Army Officer has an expansive wealth of knowledge and extensive experience executing both physical and logical security measures within the global arena. As a military officer, he led troops in both garrison and combat environments. He also has extensive experience leading teams of diverse individuals including contractors, DOD civilians and US military personnel to execute security initiatives at Combined, Joint, and Coalition levels.

As CEO, Mr. Biah has positioned Daggers to become a premier customer-centric firm providing Security, Logistics, and Information Technology initiatives in the global arena. Mr. Biah has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Saint Edwards University (Magna Cum Laude), a Master of Business Administration from Touro University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University. He is also a graduate of the Oklahoma State University Veterans Entrepreneurship Program. Mr. Biah holds numerous certifications including Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), the coveted Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and the Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).

With command experience in the US military, Mr. Biah’s proven leadership track includes leading troops in combat and serving as the High Desert’s ROCKS president, Fort Irwin, California. Mr. Biah is the recipient of numerous awards and decorations including two Bronze Stars for combat actions in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is also a Sgt. Audie Murphy Member.
